Disclosure principles
- Explain any OHC coordination fee, when it becomes payable, what it covers, and applicable cancellation or refund terms.
- Disclose any provider-paid referral fee, commission, sponsorship, or other material relationship relevant to the presented option.
- Separate paid visibility from independent provider data and label sponsorship clearly.
- Do not describe a provider as a partner unless the relationship exists and the wording is authorized.
- Give patients enough information to ask about alternatives and make their own decision with licensed professionals.
