The public website does not offer a medical-record upload. After an initial request is reviewed, a coordinator can explain an appropriate method if records are needed.
Service boundary: Orient Health China supports research, questions, records preparation, appointments, communication, and travel planning. We do not diagnose or provide treatment. Licensed providers decide clinical suitability and care.

Operational enquiry form
The final enquiry uses the existing Google Form. Review the form’s notice before submitting and avoid unnecessary sensitive detail at first contact.
Medical records
Do not send records through public directory comments, ordinary analytics, or public storage. OHC should provide an approved method only after the request is reviewed.
Analytics
Website analytics may record page views and action names such as case-review start or WhatsApp click. Form text, diagnosis, record names, and contact values must not be included in event parameters.
Before sharing health information
- Confirm why the information is needed and who will receive it.
- Use the minimum records necessary for the provider’s stated review purpose.
- Ask how information is transferred, accessed, retained, corrected, and deleted.
- Remove unrelated identifiers where appropriate and lawful.
- For urgent symptoms or emergencies, contact local emergency services instead of submitting a website form.
Legal information still required: OHC must provide the final legal entity, controller/contact details, retention schedule, request process, cross-border handling, and approved secure-record workflow before this page can serve as a complete privacy policy.
