Document the department or service from an official provider or appropriate authority source.
3. International-patient accessibility
Check whether a current pathway exists and what “international support” actually includes.
4. Language and communication
Record supported languages, interpreter arrangements, and whether availability must be requested.
5. Appointment process
Document current official contact routes, referral needs, records, deposits, and expected confirmation steps.
6. Cost transparency
Record whether written estimates are available, their basis, date, inclusions, exclusions, and limits.
7. Follow-up accessibility
Ask how results, questions, complications, and home-country clinician handoffs are handled.
8. Source verification
Retain source label, URL, access date, and conflicts or unresolved fields.
9. Periodic re-check
Flag records for review after the freshness window; never silently treat stale data as current.
